Richmond, British Columbia - Cam Deleurme (RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy) continues to climb up the featherweight ladder in lightning pace with his win over Cole Tilbury at "MMA At The Rock II: Final Fightdown"  held in "The River Rock Casino."   Cam finished Cole with a Rear Naked Choke at 1:22 mark of 1st Round and earned "submission of the Night" honor.

Las Vegas, Nevada - Sterling Redlack (RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy/ Owner, Cobra Kai Jiu Jitsu) has struck jackpot with FOUR Gold Medls in Grapplers Quest at UFC Fan Expo Tournament. But there were no "Luck" involved with his wins.  At the end of day, all it were his daily determination and dedication to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and his impregnable work ethics helped him capture his titles.

Langley, BC - Revolution Martial Arts and their black belt, "SUPER" Dave Tothwell  was the host of B.C. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championship 3 on May 1st & 2nd 2010 and also the debut of our Brett Cooper as a "referee" of the tournament.
Again, this tournament was no different from others in the past, students from RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy  were the frequent visitors to the top of podium.
Also, we'd like to thank again to all the parents for their support of our RDC Kids/Jr. Program and bringing them to attend this event.  We'd like to give them GOLD medals as well!

Penticton - Chris Day(RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy/Team Havok) defeated Scott Lees by triangle choke at 1:13 of Round 1 in King of The Cage: Fearless event featured by UFC Legend Dan Severn & Bill "The Butcher" Mahood. Chris improves his record to 6-0 in MMA. Congratulations, Chris Day!

Chris Holdsworth (Cobra Kai/Marc Laimon - Black Belt)again proved to be one of the top amateur MMA prospects in the area with a first-round TKO over previously unbeaten Gor Mnatsakanyan. Holdsworth dominated Mnatsakanyan to defend the organization's 135-pound title.

Our very own Tyler Reed (Jr. & Kids Class Instructor) captured Silver Medal in Men's No-Gi Intermediate Light Weight Division!!! The event was held in Las Vegas, Nevada & thousands of competitors & teams around the world has attended this year's final Grapplers Quest. Under Ty's instructions, our junior member's futures are in very good hands.
