Sunday April 11 – No Gi
- Men's and Women's Divisions Only - ages 16 and over
- Super Challenge for Gi and No Gi
- Online Registration fee BY APRIL 4 is $60 includes:
- Unlimited categories across two days - Gi, No Gi or Both
- Free General Admission to MMA Expo on the day(s) you are registered to compete

Location:TRADEX Convention Centre, 1190 Cornell Street, Abbotsford, BC (next to Abbottsford Airport)

All divisions will be under the IBJJF Rules, Regulations and Points

READ THESE RULES AND REGS!

- Weigh-ins are at the mat area right before each division
- Must wear your gi at weigh-ins
- Must wear Board Shorts, Rash Guard or T-Shirt at No Gi weigh-ins
- All competitors are required to present valid picture identification prior to each division.
- Competitors must be in the warm up area, according to their fighting schedule.
- The athlete only can enter in the fighting area only when called by the official.
- In case of victory the athlete must return to the warm up area and remain there until the next fight.
- ONE coach allowed per competitor inside the designated coaching area.
Schedule - Saturday Gi Tournament:
- White Belts 10am
- Blue Belts 12pm
- Brown/Black/Purple Belts 2pm
- Absolute (all belts/all weights) 3pm
Sunday - No Gi Tournament:
- Beginners 10am
- Intermediate 12pm
- Advanced 2pm
- Absolute (all levels/all weights) 3pm
Prizes:

All Divisions: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Overall Team Trophy: for Gi and No Gi
- Division Winners: All divisions winners are granted free registration to the Abu Dhabi Gi or NoGi Championships at MMA Expo Toronto, June 12-13, 2010
- Super Challenge: Gi & No Gi SUPER CHALLENGE AIRFARE to Abu Dhabi Championships at MMA Expo Toronto June 12-13 plus free registration.
