B.C. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships - Results - Langley, BC - May 1st & 2nd

Langley, BC - Revolution Martial Arts and their black belt, "SUPER" Dave Tothwell  was the host of B.C. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championship 3 on May 1st & 2nd 2010 and also the debut of our Brett Cooper as a "referee" of the tournament.
Again, this tournament was no different from others in the past, students from RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy  were the frequent visitors to the top of podium.
Also, we'd like to thank again to all the parents for their support of our RDC Kids/Jr. Program and bringing them to attend this event.  We'd like to give them GOLD medals as well!
 
Here are the results from B.C. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships 3.

RDC Kids:

Brandon Ringer (7 yrs) - GOLD - Kids Gi / GOLD - Kids NoGi 
Alissa Taki (9 yrs) - SILVER - Girls Gi / BRONZE Kids NoGi 
Raiden Taki (9 yrs) - SILVER - Kids Gi / SILVER - Kids NoGi 
 
Ace Jaegli (11 yrs) - SILVER - Boys 11-12yrs Gi
Dakota Robertson (11yrs) - GOLD Boys 11-12yrs Gi / GOLD Boys 11-12yrs NoGi
(Ace & Dakota met at the final of Gi division and Ace took SILVER medal and Dakota took GOLD medal. Only the second tournament for Ace & first tournament for Dakota.) 
 
Devon Cote (13yrs) - GOLD - Boys 13-15 yrs Gi 
(This was Devon's first BJJ tournament and he was the youngest competitor in this division.) 
 

RDC Adults:

Tyler Reed - GOLD - Blue Belt Gi / GOLD - Advanced NoGi (Middle Weight) 
GOLD(SILVER) - Blue Belt - Absolute Gi / GOLD - Advanced Absolute NoGi (Open Weight)
(Tyler & Chris met at both finals of  Blue Belt Absolute Division & Advance Absolute Division and they've decided to flip a coin.)
 
Chris Day - GOLD - Blue Belt Gi / GOLD - Advanced NoGi (Light Weight) 
GOLD - Blue Belt - Absolute Gi / GOLD(SILVER) - Advanced Absolute NoGi (Open Weight)
Cam Deleurme - BRONZE Blue Belt Gi / SILVER - Advanced NoGi (Light Weight)

(Chris & Cam met at the final of Advanced Light Weight NoGi Division and Chris took GOLD & Cam took SILVER.)
