All-Level Adults BJJ Program

RDC Adult Ji Jitsu Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced Jiu Jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will enjoy a breakdown of the more complex positions that they will encounter. There is never just one ‘right’ way to learn a technique – All roads lead to Rome. Come challenge yourself and your training partner and learn to advance your skills.

Class Times:
2x per week – MON & WED – All Levels NO-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
2x per week – TUE & THU – All Levels Gi Jiu-Jitsu
1x per week – FRI – All Levels Wrestling and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
1x per week – SAT – Technical No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

Explore and build upon more advanced and modern Jiu Jitsu techniques

Both of our children love coming here. The instructor is very good with interacting with them. He trains and works with them every class.
